How to Order...
First decide what type of garment you need. If economy is a factor, choose a Basic Value garment. If quality is more important, select an Extra Value garment. If fashion or function is a concern, select a Superior Value garment. If you need help deciding, call or contact customer service.
If you have your artwork or logo, simply email it to jim@monkeyprinting.com. If you need a design,call or email what you need and normally within 24 hours you will have three ideas to choose from. There is no charge for design work as long as a minimum of 24 garments are imprinted. Otherwise the design fee is $20-$40 depending upon the complexity and specifications.
Ordering Instructions
Once you’ve approved your artwork and have either faxed a signed copy of your proof or emailed your approval, you are ready to place your order…
Orders by email: Once you have approved your emailed artwork, you can order via our online order cart, choosing the garments and the type of imprinting or embroidery.
Orders by phone: Call and OK the design, tell us what you want to imprint on, and we can take your payment information over the phone.
Missouri State Sales Tax - If your order is to be picked up at our location, or shipped to an address within Missouri, we will add 8.85% Missouri sales tax to your order. If your order is Tax Exempt, you must fax or email us a completed Missouri Form 149 prior to payment. Otherwise tax will be assessed. To view and download a MO Form 149 click HERE.
Invoicing & Payments...
You will receive an invoice shortly after you have placed your order via email (faxed/mailed copies on request). Please review your bill carefully to confirm quantities and pricing. You may pay over the phone or enter the order online at this website.
Production Time...
Normal production time is 10 business days. You will want to allow sufficient production and shipping time to receive your order prior to your deadline. Rush Production and charges are possible but not always available depending on our production schedule.
Special Note regarding Order Changes/Additions/Cancellations:
Orders are placed into production immediately. Once your order is in production, any add-ons are considered reorders. Once your order is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled. Small quantity re-orders will incur a set-up charge in addition to the original pricing.
Important Note for New Clients
There are several options for making payment arrangements... including an online option. First Time Orders should make their payment as early as possible to avoid any production delays. Your invoice will be prepared and emailed to you as quickly as possible.
